You can use our withdrawal system here to process a refund from your BHINER Wallet anytime. Withdrawal will first go to your the last payment channel you used to top-up your wallet.
Refund channels:
- Paypal Withdraw: Deposit within 180 days can be refunded with no service charge. More than 180 days will have a service charge of 4%. The amount will be deducted from the amount you request for a refund.
- Credit / Debit Card: Deposit within 180 days can be refunded with no service charge. More than 180 days will have a service charge of 1 USD. The amount will be deducted from the amount you request for a refund.
- Western Union: Fill in the withdrawal form with your first name, Last Name and the country of the recipient. We will process your request within 7 working days but you will have to bear the service charge of sending western union.
- Bank TT and other methods: Please contact us, we will let you know the needed information depending on your country and channel.
- Local Payment / Crypto: The refund fee will be displayed during your Top-up process. Please notice that some local payment method does not offer refund option, you can choose to withdraw via other channels e.g Paypal.
